Please note that this is an indication of the natural quality of our 100% natural cedar wood material. In rare cases, the cedar oil may ooze from the wood pieces, resulting in mild white coloring clusters, as seen in the above picture. Please be assured that this is a natural occurrence and does not affect the functionality or quality of the product. Only in completely enclosed environments over long periods of time, such as inside packaging boxes, may natural cedar oil permeate through wood fibers and form such clusters. We recommend that you wipe them down with a clean cloth to remove any excess oil. However, when inserted into shoes or kept in open environments, the cedar oil will stop oozing, and these clusters will not appear again.
